Buffer table

For the smoothest possible functioning of the production line, it’s necessary to predict accumulation in different areas. This means that in an event of a machine coming to a standstill, others can continue to run for a period of time.

Accumulation is largely achieved with the conveyors themselves, and for this we offer a dedicated solution in the form of an automatic buffer table, which operates on the principle of FIFO, “first in – first out”. Its accumulation surface automatically adjusts to the actual situation in the production line.

The base construction is made entirely out of stainless steel and profiles. Moreover, all other installed components (sprockets, bearings, guides) are corrosion-resistant, which allows for easy cleaning and maintenance of the whole machine. Electrical components and sensors can be installed in your own electrical cabinet, but there is also the possibility of integration into the main electrical cabinet of any of the other machines, e.g. tunnel.

The buffer table is suitable for almost all types of packaging (cans, bottles, PET bottles…), and its features are fully adapted to customer requirements.
