Packaging must be either washed with water or blown of with air before the filling process.
Using linear air rinsers, we ensure that any impurities (eg dust or small particles) are removed from the packaging. This is ensured by 180 ° rotation of the packaging with the help of special chains with grips and exposing them to the nozzles. Air is blown through them under high pressure, which ensures that the impurities are removed from the packaging.
Even greater purity can be achieved by using linear water rinser, where, similar to chain grippers, the packaging is rotated 180 ° and exposed to nozzles that wash the packaging in combination with water. The packaging then travels in the same position for a certain period of time to drain the water before returning to the original position and leaving the machine.
In both cases, two parallel chains are used to manipulate the packaging. They turn it 180 ° with their grippers and expose it to blowing out, rinsing and then returning it to its original position. Adjustable chain spacing and adjustable input / output conveyor heights allow adjustment to different dimensions and types of packaging. All vertical conveyors are adapted to the requirements of the customer (height difference, hourly capacity, type of packaging,…). The entrance and exit of the machine can be either at the same or different levels, depending on the needs of the customer.
The robust base construction of the machine is distinguished by the sanitary design made out of stainless steel and profiles. It also features a protection layer made of acrylic window, which offers a view into the machine and access to key points for adjustment, cleaning and maintenance. All installed components are of a high quality and require a minimum level of maintenance. The machine is primarily equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which ensures optimal operation.
The operation of the machine is automatic (it’s also possible to automatically adjust the distance between the chains, for different formats). The machine is controlled via a panel located on the local electrical cabinet.
