For our CSR buyer from France we’ve already produced and supplied the 3rd tunnel pasteurizer. This one is rather specific, as we use it for PET bottles pasteurization. Pasteurization of PET bottles is not common, as PET bottles are more sensitive to high temperatures than, for example, glass bottles or cans. The process requires very precise regulation, as otherwise major or minor damage to the packaging can occur, which can be further reflected in the contamination of the contents in the bottles. The capacity of the machine is 8,000 bottles per hour based on 1,500 ml bottles. The machine is equipped with a dynamic transfer, which allows complete emptying of bottles in all conditions (even at the end of production).
