Batch pasteurizer

Batch pasteurizers manufactured by PETEK PROCES are mainly intended for laboratory use or for very small batches, where customers don’t have enough space to install a tunnel pasteurizer. Various new types of products can be tested in a batch pasteurizer, as the equipment allows simulation of similar conditions as in a tunnel pasteurizer.

Batch pasteurization involves the pasteurization of already filled and closed packaging. The medium for heat transfer is water, which is heated by an electric heater. Fresh / tap water is usually used for cooling.

Containers filled with the product are loaded into a prepared stainless steel basket inside the batch pasteur. The process of heating, heat retention and cooling is performed via a small PLC controller – the process is controlled automatically.
