Our product range also includes simple, adjustable de-palletizing tables. It’s basically a wide conveyor belt that is adjustable in height. The table is filled by hand from a range of empty bottles, jars or cans. By switching on the conveyor belt, the table is lifted and the empty packaging is sent to the feeder belt of the filling machine.
The table is suitable for smaller filling stations, where, for example, the glass and a can line are combined. On the first level there is a supply belt for the bottle filler, and on the second one there is a supply belt for the gravity rinser, from where the cans continue their way towards the can filler.
The height is adjustable by a hydraulic assembly, a manual or electro-hydraulic pump and a hydraulic cylinder. The direction of the conveyor belt can be easily adjusted with a help of a gearbox controlled via a frequency converter and a manually adjustable potentiometer. The de-palletizing table has its own INOX electrical cabinet. It represents a rational solution of de-palletizing on smaller filling lines that require a lot of flexibility.
