Tunnel warmer

A common issue that we face in the beer, wine and carbonated products production is condensation, which is the result of very cold filling. Condensation that occurs on the packaging hinders labeling, packaging or causes corrosion of caps or other metal parts on the packaging.

To prevent the issues caused by condensation, we manufacture dryers and tunnel warmers, which warm up the packaging (and products in it) above the dew point.

With the optional upgrade of the environmental temperature measurement system, we also enable the optimal adaptation of the tunnel warmer to the actual environmental conditions. That is how we reduce the energy demand for heating of the packaging.
