The vacuum cooking plant is a dedicated machine developed for production lines where products are most often produced in batches and recipes change frequently. For these purposes, we developed a special modular solution. With the selected set of equipment, we’re able to fully adapt to the requirements of our customers.
The vacuum cooking plant has the ability to mix, heat (cook) and cool the desired ingredients in vacuum conditions, which allows it to operate at lower temperatures. As a result, the machine is most often used in the preparation of jams and marmalades, sauces, side dishes, purees, dishes (eg goulash, jota…), fruit masses and yogurt flavorings, etc.
